Chocolate Flavoured Johnny

Hiya peeps

The remake of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was brilliant, best movie I've ever seen (yes, I'm biased.) The wonderful sir Johnny didn't disappoint. It was a great evening, I had loads of fun...

Weekend was cruisy if not a little cold, the days are getting shorter and I think summer is winding to a close. Spent my first night in the flat last night in a long time...and it sucked! I swear I woke up this morning much more lethargic than after a 3am bender. I can barely keep my eyes open now and its only midday.

There is a huge police presence on the tubes now. It is quite comforting to see, although I do feel sorry for many members of the Muslim population as the spot checks being conducted are completly racially biased. It makes me think of this sweet Muslim father and his 12 year old son that catch my tube. They carry big black backpacks and are completely harmless and yet they draw the attentions of the police every morning. I have friends that won't catch the tubes still. There are definately less people on the tubes and I'm sure bike sales have skyrocketed. My roomate Mick just bought one and the roads are full of them. Am I strange for not being fearful in the present climate? I just want to live every day as it comes and not be fearful of anything.

Take care, will update more asap.

Love rachixxx
